Spiritual Emergence & Integration

Some people come to therapy not only because something feels wrong, but because something unexpected is happening within them.

This can include experiences of spiritual opening, kundalini awakening, altered states of awareness, energetic shifts, symbolic or visionary material, or a deep sense that one’s inner world is reorganising. These experiences can be meaningful and transformative, and they can also feel confusing, destabilising, or isolating, especially when there is no safe place to speak about them.

I offer specialised therapeutic support for people navigating spiritual emergence and depth-oriented inner change. My approach is grounded, psychologically informed, and respectful of the intelligence of these processes. Rather than interpreting or directing the experience, the work focuses on integration, helping you remain resourced, embodied, and oriented in daily life while these inner movements unfold.

Alongside my training as a counsellor and psychotherapist, my work in this area is informed by personal lived experience and long-standing engagement with depth psychology, symbolic work, and shamanic practice. This is not something I introduce into therapy unless it is relevant and welcomed by the client.

For some, this work is about finding language for what is happening. For others, it is about learning how to live well while change moves through them, maintaining relationships, work, and a sense of self while something deeper is re-shaping from within.

If you are experiencing spiritual emergence and are seeking support that is both grounded and respectful of the process, this work may be a good fit.
